Looking at Science: How Things Change series. Each of thirteen double-page spreads poses a simple question about the subject. Some are straightforward ("What is weather?") while others are more sophisticated ("How does water change Earth?"), but the level of each response is uniformly superficial. The volumes include many stock photographs and diagrams, some of which don't directly relate to the texts. Reading list, websites. Glos., ind., The Horn Book Guide Spring 2009
