What happens when a school cuts its basketball team? The kids who live in the Alton Heights housing complex need to come up with a plan fast. That's how the Alton Heights All-Stars team is born. They may not have matching jerseys, a coach, or even a regular court to practice on, but they make up for it with perseverance and heart.
